EMAIL ROUND 2: TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT - These questions help us write follow-up emails that show coaches how you train and grow as a competitor. Answer in 3-4 full sentences.

What does your typical training week look like outside of team practice? Do you do extra reps, private lessons, strength training, film study?

What is one skill or area of your game that you have improved the most over the past year? What did you do to make that happen?

How do you handle adversity during a match — a bad call, a tough loss, or a stretch where things are not going your way? What does your mental reset look like?

EMAIL ROUND 3: MENTAL GAME & COMPETING - These questions help us write emails that highlight your competitiveness, composure, and how you handle pressure. Answer in 3-4 full sentences.

What is a moment in your volleyball career where you had to dig deep and push through something difficult? What did you learn from it?

What does your pre-game routine or mental preparation look like before a big match? How do you get yourself locked in and ready to compete?

How do you respond when a coach gives you tough feedback or pushes you outside your comfort zone? Can you give a specific example?
